Everyone seemingly have their own belief on situps. Some say they're not beneficial to the back, others claim they're the very best workout for overall development that is abdominal. I'm onthefence, to tell the truth. I don't advise performing 200 situps each day but I really do incorporate them into my programs. Like other muscle groups, it's important not unimportant to coach your abs with assortment.
